LA MESA, 12:40 p.m. July 25 (UNION-TRIBUNE): Fielding hostile questions about illegal immigration in this Republican stronghold, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger Tuesday denounced the ongoing congressional hearings on the topic as a stalling tactic.
